- The stunning art nouveau-styled dressing, powder vanity jar has a pop of two-tone color on the silver plate metal lid.
- Lovely Art Nouveau 1904 Fostoria powder or toiletry faceted cut glass jar.
- The antique jar comes with a decorative metal lid, embossed with a floral design from the early 1900s.
- Fostoria No. 1299 (OMN), pattern-Long Buttress, introduced in 1904.
- Essential bathroom or dressing table accessory for storing cotton, swabs, guest soaps, or possibly bath salts.

History of Fostoria Dresser Powder Jar Buttress Pattern; (per EAPG Society)
Fostoria No. 1299 (OMN) pattern-Long Buttress, introduced in 1904.
- Crockery and Glass Journal, Jan. 7, 1904, remarked "Quite the most stunning tableware creation in the Fostoria Glass Co.'s career.
- No. 1299 aka Long Buttress pattern often gets confused with US Glass No. #15121 Mayflower Duquesne aka Portland and New Martinsville #712 aka Placid patterns. The latter two patterns were introduced in 1909.
- The antique (1904) Fostoria glass dresser powder jar is elegant with its "Long Buttress" pattern side columns descending to a heavy, impressive base.

Condition;
Overall, it is in great vintage condition for age, there are No chips or cracks in the jar. The lid is silver plated, has not been shined, and has a superb old patina. Given the age, there is wear to the silver plate, and it has darkened in areas - see video and pictures for condition. Lid screws on and off easily.

SHIPPING
- Packages over $100.00 will ship, in most cases, USPS ground and include insurance at buyers' expense. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for issues during shipping.
- Once a customer purchases an item and that item is in transit, the purchaser is officially the sole owner.
- In the case of shipping issues, reach out to the carrier within 24/48 hours, a maximum of 4 days, to ensure a successful outcome.
- The shipping carriers will request pictures of the damaged items along with the packaging.

Purchasing Multiple Items
- If multiple items are purchased, we will try to combine items into one package and refund our customer any shipping overage.

Canceling Order(s)
- In the case of a canceled order(s) after payment, but before the item shipped: we will consider a full refund less a 30% restocking fee per item.
- The 30% restocking is some of the fees we will incur from Etsy to process the original order and the re-listing, packing, and merchant fees needed to put the item back out for purchase.
