Condition;
Excellent condition for the use and age of the vase; there are typical surface scratches on the very bottom of the vase (see pictures). There is an internal scratch located in the neck area, hard to see, so I added an image with magnification (see last photo). The scratch could be as minor as a small interior watermark. Either way, the minor condition scratch does not affect the piece nor is it even visible from the outside. We cleaned the piece thoroughly and did not see any crazing, cracks, or chips. You will not regret purchasing this Waterford vase, especially if amethyst or purple is your jam!

- Packages over $50.00 will ship, in most cases, USPS ground and include insurance at buyers' expense. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping carriers.
- Once a customer purchases an item and that item is in transit, the purchaser is officially the sole owner.
- In the case of shipping issues, please get in touch with the carrier within 24/48 hours, a maximum of 4 days, to ensure a successful outcome in your favor.
- Almost always, shipping carriers will request pictures of damages along with shipping packaging, damaged items, and purchase receipts.
- Shipping carriers may also ask that you bring all materials to their nearest location.

Purchasing Multiple Items
- If multiple items are purchased, we will try to combine shipping. We will automatically refund any shipping charges due to numerous purchases and combined shipping.

Canceling Order(s)
- In the rare instance of canceling an order(s) after payment and before shipping, we will consider a refund in this situation with a 30% restocking fee per item.
- Only if we have not shipped your item will we consider a partial refund of 70% per item.
- Given that we incur Etsy re-listing fees for each item, we will consider refunding for this specific situation minus a 30% restocking fee charged per item.
